What you will need
- You need to be 18 or over.
- To collect food, you complete a one-off identity check before your first request. It is handled by Stripe; Palo does not store your identity document or selfie.
- Palo works over a short distance — roughly 5 km — so it is most useful once there are neighbours near you using it.
- We ask for your street name when you sign up. Never your house number. Your exact address is only ever shared by you, in chat, once you’ve agreed to meet.

A neighbour nearby shows interest.
Arrange
Chat in the app and choose a pickup time.
Pass it on
Hand it over and make someone’s day.
Worth reading first
Collectors complete a one-off identity check before their first request. Givers do not, and Palo never sees the food that changes hands. The safety page explains what that means in practice and how to arrange a pickup you are comfortable with.
